Cupping

Gentle suction to release tension, improve circulation, and ease discomfort.

Cupping uses gentle suction, glass or silicone cups placed on the skin, to lift and release the muscle and fascia underneath. It's wonderful for tension, tightness and that stuck, knotted feeling, and it gets blood and energy moving through areas that have gone sluggish.

About those circles

Yes, cupping can leave round marks for a few days. They're not bruises in the painful sense, they're a sign of where circulation was stagnant, and they fade on their own. Most people find the treatment itself deeply relieving, like a deep-tissue release without the digging.

Often paired with acupuncture

We frequently fold cupping into an acupuncture session when your body's asking for it. Together they're a lovely one-two for tension and recovery.

The marks themselves don't really hurt, they're tender at most, like after a good massage, and fade within a few days to a week.
What does cupping help with?
Muscle tension and tightness, restricted movement, sluggish circulation, and general stagnation. It pairs beautifully with acupuncture.
How long do the marks last?
Usually a few days up to about a week, depending on how much stagnation was there to begin with.
