Process Work (process-oriented psychology) is a mindfulness-based approach that integrates body, emotion and awareness. It's about gently following what's actually happening for you, physical sensations, feelings, the things that are hard to put into words, and letting that guide deeper self-understanding and healing.

Both Reanna and Alastair are studying Process Work and weave its insights into how they hold space at Being. It pairs naturally with the body-based work of acupuncture: as the body settles, there's often room for the rest of you to settle too.

Questions, answered

Is Process Work the same as counselling?
It overlaps but has its own approach, it's body-aware and follows your experience in the moment rather than only talking things through.
Do I have to do Process Work to come here?
Not at all. It's one part of what we offer; many clients come purely for acupuncture and natural medicine.
Can it be combined with a treatment?
Yes, the awareness it brings sits naturally alongside the relaxation of an acupuncture session.
